Family Sponsorship Program (Australia)

If you are in a relationship with an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or an eligible New Zealand Citizen you may be able to apply for an Australian Partner Visas. The Australian Partner Visa allows you to live, work, and study in Australia and has numerous other benefits.

Parent Sponsorship

Aged Dependent Relative Visa (Subclass 114)

With this visa you can stay in Australia as a Permanent resident, sponsor eligible relatives to come to Australia and apply for Australian Citizenship.

To apply for this Visa you must be outside Australia and must be sponsored by your relative or relative’s partner

Aged Dependent Relative Visa (Subclass 838)

With this visa you can stay in Australia as a Permanent resident, sponsor eligible relatives to come to Australia and apply for Australian Citizenship if eligible.

To apply for this Visa you must be inside Australia, but not in immigration clearance and must be sponsored by your relative or relative’s partner

Aged Parent Relative Visa (Subclass 804)

With this visa you can stay in Australia as a Permanent resident, sponsor eligible relatives to come to Australia and apply for Australian Citizenship if eligible.

To apply for this Visa you must be inside Australia, but not in immigration clearance, have an eligible child who is a settled Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident and must be old enough to receive the age pension in Australia.

Parent Visa (Subclass 103)

With this visa you can stay in Australia as a Permanent resident, sponsor eligible relatives to come to Australia and apply for Australian Citizenship if eligible.

To apply for this Visa you must be outside Australia, have an eligible child who is a settled Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident and meet all applicable visa conditions and follow Australian Law.

Child Sponsorship

Child Visa (Subclass 101)

With this visa your child can migrate to Australia as a Permanent Resident, can study and access medicare and apply for Australian citizenship if eligible

To apply for this visa the child must be dependent of a parent who is an Australian Citizen or a Permanent resident.

The child must be under 18 years, a full time student aged under 18-25 and financially dependent on parent, or over 18 and unable to work due to disability.

The child must be outside Australia when the application is made.

Child Visa (Subclass 802)

With this visa your child can migrate to Australia as a Permanent Resident, can study and access medicare and apply for Australian citizenship if eligible

To apply for this visa the child must be dependent of a parent who is an Australian Citizen or a Permanent resident.

The child must be under 18 years, a full time student aged under 18-25, or over 18 and unable to work due to disability.

The child must be in Australia when the application is made.

Dependent Child Visa (Subclass 445)

With this visa your child can move to or stay in Australia until their parent’s permanent partner visa application is decided, can travel to and from Australia, and also work and study in Australia.

The child must be dependent child of the visa holding parent and must be sponsored by the nominator or sponsor of the visa holding parent.

Spouse or Common-Law Partner

Partner Provisional Visa (Subclass 309)

This Visa lets the de facto partner or spouce of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident live in Australia temporarily. Getting this visa is the first step towards a permanent partner visa (Subclass 100)

You must be outside Australia when you apply.

Partner Migrant Visa (Subclass 100)

This Visa lets the de facto partner or spouce of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident live in Australia Permanently. It is usually granted to people who hold a temporary partner visa (Subclass 309)

This is a permanent visa.

Partner Visa Temporary (Subclass 820)

This Visa lets the de facto partner or spouce of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident live in Australia temporarily. Getting this visa is the first step towards a permanent partner visa (Subclass 801)

You must be in Australia when you apply.

Partner Visa Permanent (Subclass 801)

This Visa lets the de facto partner or spouce of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident live in Australia Permanently. It is usually granted to people who hold a temporary partner visa (Subclass 820)

This is a permanent visa.
